We are committed to God’s mission of reconciliation in our community. Loving God and loving others is the foundation of who we are and what we do as we live out our calling to be the presence of Jesus in our world.

Below are some of the ways you can join us in our mission.

Serving Opportunities

Administration

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing facility maintenance and security, as well as providing transportation and hospitality for weekly and special events.

  • Transportation Driver - I am able to pick up a member (family) for service.
  • KIC Team Member - Meets once a month with others to serve the body by preparing the building for service.
  • Setup Sunday Kiosks - Be part of a team that gets students checked-in at kiosks.
  • Grass Hogs/Grand Gardener - Be part of a team that helps with the grounds upkeep (lawn, flowerbeds, tree and bush trimming).
  • Usher/Greeters - Hospitality: Be part of a team that welcomes the body and guests, serves at the coffee bar, or helps prepare meals for special events.

Adults

Seeks to provide opportunities for members and the community to grow in faith, find their place of mission, build community, and care for one another.

  • Card Ministry - Be part of a team that meets monthly to make cards for those on the church prayer list.
  • Food Pantry Servant - Be part of a team that serves the community struggling with food insecurity.
  • Small Group Leader - Commit to leadership development and facilitate meaningful conversations in a safe and welcoming environment where people are inspired to grow in their relationships with Jesus and others and raise up new leaders.
  • Visitation/Grief Team - Be part of a team that cares for the body in difficult times through visitation or during funeral services.

Audio/Visual

The a/v team is a beautiful mix of technical and creative individuals who assist with setting up and maintaining equipment, coordinating use of equipment, and working with pastors and musicians to create a meaningful worship experience, both in-person and online.

  • A/V Producer - Be part of the team that coordinates the audio-visual elements of the service, including cameras, media, lights, and sound.
  • Production Team Member - Assist with the weekly flow of the service.
  • Visual Arts Team Member - Be part of an artistic team that seeks to visually express the heart of the messages, including photographers who capture the history of the body.
  • Praise Team - Be part of a team that assists with the weekly flow of the service, both in-person and online.

Children

Children’s Ministry, nursery to 5th grade, partners with parents and families to provide a safe environment for children. Through age-appropriate curriculum and activities, it introduces and encourages children to engage with God’s story and come to know Jesus as their personal Savior.

  • Storyteller - Help bring the scriptures to life through storytelling to elementary children.
  • Elementary Teacher - Looking for K-1st and 2nd - 5th grade teachers to build relationships, share the gospel, and demonstrate the love of Christ with children.
  • Preschool Teacher - Be part of a teaching team that builds relationships and shares the gospel and love of Christ with preschoolers.
  • Service Coordinator - Use your gifts and talents to assist parents and teachers with check-ins and dismissals.

Communications

The Communications Ministry exists to help the church communicate and amplify the good news of Jesus to the body and community, while helping the church make disciples.

  • Writers - Be part of a team that aids in writing blogs, social media content, website content, and weekly studies while reviewing written communication to ensure excellent content distribution.
  • Graphic Designers - Be part of a team that aids in designing information for posting and distributing among the body and within the community.
  • Photographers/Videographers - Be part of a team that captures memorable moments throughout services and other related church events.
  • Social Media Hosts - Be part of a team that works closely with church leaders to ensure social media coverage of events outside normal church hours and ensures content is consistent across platforms.

Students

Student Ministries serves middle and high school students, seeking to engage them with their faith and community.

  • Parent Support Teams - Be part of a team that cares for the body in difficult times through visitation or during funeral services.
  • Card Ministry - Be part of a team that meets monthly to make cards for those on the church prayer list.
