Leadership

Staff & Elders

Leadership at Fellowship North reflects Christ-centered guidance and care. While the staff handles daily operations, the elders provide spiritual oversight, equipping believers for growth in Christlikeness and unity (Ephesians 4:11-16). Serving three-year terms, the elders work as a unified team, meeting regularly for prayer, study, and church oversight. Their roles include modeling godly character (1 Peter 5:3), guiding the church according to Christ’s will (Hebrews 13:17), teaching God’s Word (1 Timothy 5:17), protecting against false teaching (Acts 20:28-32), and caring for the flock through service and prayer (Acts 20:35).
