Testimonies: Living A Resurrected Life
Our testimonies are confirmation of what Christ did and is doing in our lives. It is a powerful tool, not just to remind us of God’s goodness, or to encourage the believer, or to confirm to the unbeliever that God is real and Jesus is alive, but also to triumph over Satan himself.
They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. (Revelation 12:11)
Our testimonies give life and we should not be ashamed or afraid to tell the good news of Christ and what He has done in our lives, not even in the face of death because our testimonies give life.
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. (Romans 12:1)
